You then cut them off your receipt and use them as cash on your next transaction. So the Sinus Buster I paid $8 for, and got an $8 UP+ reward at the bottom of my receipt. I will use all my UP+ rewards to pay for my next transaction. That's also how I paid for this transaction - with my UPS from last week. I ha...Okay i dont get the up rewards part of this. I have the card just never used it because i dont get it. IF you use the card do you still pay the price in cash. ex the sinus buster.
