I've been a member of NCP for a few years now and in my opinion, this is one of the BEST survey sites out there! They send you a hand held scanner, and you scan your purchases and submit it through your computer once a week for points. You also get points by filling out their surveys (they usually have a few a week). They offer awesome gifts for the points you get!
They are taking new applications - but this is regional, so it depends on where you are located, if they are looking for members in your area or not. Go ahead and sign up though to get on their waiting list - it is worth it!
