New blog: My Weight Loss Journey



I've started a new blog on my weight loss journey.  In 2010 I lost almost 50 lbs with Weight Watchers and Zumba.  2010 was a GREAT year in so many ways!   In the past 9 months or so, I've gained about 15 lbs back. So starting today, I'm back on Weight Watchers (I just do it online, no meetings) and I'm going to be very strict about eating healthy, and daily exercise.  I'll be posting my meals, snacks, what I do for exercise, and just general chat about keeping healthy.  I would love followers on my new blog!  If you are thinking about losing weight, or just want to eat healthier, or get fit - please join me in my new blog and let's chat about it, and get healthy together!
