Free stuff at Walgreens 5/18/09

Here are today's deals I got at Walgreens:

(1) Edge Shave gel - FREE after coupon & RR's
(1) Bic lighters - FREE after coupon & RR's
(1) Right Guard deodorant - $5.99 - $1 coupon - $5.99 RR = they paid me $1 to purchase it
(1) Bayer crystals - FREE after RR's
(2) Aluminum foils - 89¢ ea w/coupon
(4) Plastic utensils - 50¢ ea w/coupon

Was going to pick up their free toothpaste too but they were out.

I used RR's from my last trip and paid $1.34 OOP (out-of-pocket) and received $9.50 in RR's for my next trip!

Bounty Paper Towels - 27¢ at Walgreens!

I went to Walgreens today - they had Bounty Basic paper towels marked on clearance for 77¢ - and I had SEVERAL coupons from yesterday's paper for $1 off any 2.... so I got 30 of them at 27¢ each - then used my RR's from yesterday (shampoo, toothpaste & Mr. Clean erasers) and paid $1.74 OOP for 30 rolls of paper towels! (and $1.64 of that was just sales tax!)






Then in another transaction I got:

2 Pert Plus shampoo - FREE
1 Right Guard Deodorant - FREE
1 Colgate Toothpaste - FREE

Then went to another Walgreens after that and repeated the transaction! All the Pert Plus Shampoos & Deodorants are going to the troops!

I purchased the following items today at Walgreens:

(10) Mr. Clean magic erasers - on sale for 2/$5
(1) Colgate toothpaste - $4.49
(2) Oxy pad cleansers - $4.99, buy 1 get 1 free
(1) Right Guard deodorant - $2.99

Ok, so right off the bat my total was $37.47.

THEN, I used my coupons & RR's:

(5) $2.50 off Mr Clean erasers -$6 RR's = 65¢ ea
(1) $1 off Colgate - $4.50 RR's = made that (-$1.01)
(2) $1 off Oxy pads = made them $1.50 ea
(1) $1 off Right Guard - $2 RR's = made that (-1¢)
(2) $6 RR's from last trip

I ended up paying $11.27 out-of-pocket for all of this, and THEN they gave me $12.50 in RR's for my NEXT trip!!
