If your RR doesn’t print it could be because there is a programming issue with that Catalina machine or it’s out of paper. If your RR doesn’t print, and your store manager can’t get it to print, just leave and call 1-888-8COUPON and let them know about your experience or go to their online form: Contact | Catalina Marketing and they will mail you the RR that you should have gotten. Another option is to ask the cashier or manager to give you refund
